For independent wholesale distributors

Emailed orders, turned into order lines your team approves.

Orders arrive by email, PDF and spreadsheet, and someone types each one in. LowRank reads them, matches customer shorthand to your item codes and marks anything unclear. Nothing is entered until someone on your team approves it.

What it looks like

One message in, a draft your team can check in seconds. Anything unclear is marked for a person.

What changes at the order desk

For distributors with about 15 to 200 staff, where order entry from inbox to order system is still done by hand.

No second round of typing

Order details come out of emails, PDFs and spreadsheets as draft order lines.

Customer shorthand, matched

“Copper 90s” is matched to your item code. Anything uncertain is marked, not guessed.

Your team has the final say

An unclear item or quantity stays a question until someone on your team resolves it.

The same approach applied to a different kind of business.

How it works

You see results on your own work before you pay anything.

  1. A free test on five of your messages

Send five old messages or order emails with names and prices removed. I send back what the system would produce, so you can judge it against your own work. No access to your systems needed.

  2. One small project at a fixed price

If the test is useful, we pick one task. The price is fixed for that task, agreed in writing after the test and before any work starts.

  3. Measured before and after

We count how many items come in, how long each takes and how many mistakes happen, before and after. You see the numbers and decide if it was worth it.

Who you’d work with

Johnson BermonFounder, LowRank

You deal directly with the person doing the work.

I build data and AI systems and connect them to the tools teams already use. Before LowRank, I built an agent that sorted and routed about 1,000 support requests a week across three tools.

LowRank is new, so there are no client results to show yet. That’s why it starts with a free test on your own examples: you judge the work before paying for anything.

Questions

Does it work with our order system?

It depends on whether your order system lets other software connect to it. Many do, including NetSuite and Acumatica. The free test needs no connection at all, so you see the results before anything is connected.

What about orders that arrive as PDFs or spreadsheets?

They are part of the same work: orders in the email text, PDF attachments and spreadsheets. The free test shows how well it handles your own orders.

What if a customer names an item in a way that doesn’t match our catalog?

It is marked for a person instead of guessed. Someone on your team picks the right item, and nothing is entered until they approve it.

What does the free test cost?

Nothing. You send five old messages or order emails with names and prices removed, and I send back what the system would produce. If it isn’t useful, that’s the end of it.

How much does a project cost?

One fixed price for one task, agreed in writing after the free test and before any work starts. If it doesn’t suit you, you’ve lost nothing.

Do we have to change our software?

No. The work fits around the software your team already uses.

Who checks the results?

Someone on your team approves everything before it’s sent or entered. Anything the system isn’t sure about is marked for a person to decide.

What happens to our data?

You choose the five examples and remove names and prices first. The test needs no access to your systems. Before a project starts, we agree in writing what I can access. Read the privacy details.
